Shipping Policy

Orders are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand partner. Here’s what to expect.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canadaonly. Addresses outside these countries can’t be selected at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs and delivery estimates shown at checkout are quoted live from our fulfillment partner for your exact address and cart, so what you see is what the carrier actually charges for your order.

Your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout -- it’s printed exactly as entered. If a package comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it once the reshipping cost is covered (see our Refund & Returns Policy).

Processing and delivery time

Because each item is made to order, allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Transit time after that is typically another few business days within the U.S., and a bit longer to Canada. Busy periods can add time.

Tracking

When your order ships, your status updates and a tracking link (when available) can be viewed from the private order link in your confirmation email.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes assessed on delivery. These are set by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking hasn’t updated or your package seems lost, email shop@resistanceindoor.org and we’ll help track it down.
