Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase of merchandise from the Resistance Indoor Percussion shop. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

The shop is operated by Resistance Indoor Percussion, Inc., an Oklahoma 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Proceeds support the ensemble and its programs.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or do so with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. The store is not directed to children.

Products

Items are printed to order through our fulfillment partner. Colors and placement may vary slightly from what you see on screen, which is normal for printed apparel. We may correct obvious errors in product descriptions, images, or pricing.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are recalculated on our server at checkout, so the amount you are charged always reflects current pricing. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs; if we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a full refund.

Promotional codes

Promotional codes are offered at our discretion, may be limited, modified, or withdrawn at any time, and are limited to one code per order unless we say otherwise.

Donations

At checkout you can add an optional donation to the Resistance Legacy Scholarship Fund or the Graveyard Program. Donations are voluntary gifts to Resistance Indoor Percussion, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Gifts support the organization and its ensemble as a whole; they are not earmarked for, or credited to, any individual member. Legacy Scholarship donors receive no goods or services in exchange; Graveyard sponsors receive a token keepsake of appreciation whose value is insubstantial. Our EIN is 45-4278013. If your entire order is refunded, any donation included with it is refunded too.

Reviews and other content you submit

If you submit a product review, you grant Resistance Indoor Percussion a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display it in the shop alongside the display name you choose (which is shown publicly). Reviews are moderated and we may decline to publish or may remove any review at our discretion. Don’t submit content that is false, misleading, abusive, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

Intellectual property

The Resistance Indoor name, logo, and designs are owned by Resistance Indoor Percussion and may not be reproduced without permission.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Returns Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. The store is provided on an “as is” basis.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes

If you have a problem, please email shop@resistanceindoor.orgfirst and give us 30 days to work it out informally -- we resolve almost everything this way. Any claim that can’t be resolved informally must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court where eligible.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continuing to use the shop after a change means you accept it. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Questions: shop@resistanceindoor.org.
